Ordering Regulations

Article 1

The following Regulations define the rules for using the electronic ordering system e-RoyalCatering.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Store, operating as part of Royal Catering / Royal Group Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw.

For the convenience of our customers, the use of the Royal Catering offer may be organized via the website: www.e-royalcatering.pl, and in particular ordering the Service Provider to provide services in the form of a sweet and salty menu offered in the Store.

Within the framework of the Regulations, the Service Provider shall understand Royal Group Sp. z o.o. with its seat in 02-972 Warsaw, Al. Rzeczypospolitej 2/95 KRS 0000460824, NIP 9512366654, REGON 146659094. Contact by e-mail: catering@royal-catering.pl, by phone: +48 22 225 27 97

These Regulations apply to the services provided by the Service Provider to Clients: entities that are entrepreneurs, and to Clients with the status of consumers, hereinafter referred to as Consumers. Each time a Customer is referred to, the Regulations mean both the Customer, the Entrepreneur and the Consumer Customer. If the Regulations use the term Consumer, they mean only the Customer having the status of a consumer, in accordance with the mandatory provisions of law. Thus, a natural person who performs a legal transaction with the Service Provider not directly related to the consumer with a business or professional activity will be considered a Consumer.
Before placing an order for services, the Service Provider provides the Customer with the regulations of the website www.e-royalcatering.pl free of charge
Within the framework of the Regulations, the Parties shall understand the website available at www.e-royalcatering.pl

Article 2

The Service Provider enables the Customer to place an order for the assortment offered by the Service Provider as part of the Store via the Website.

Placing an Order via the Website is carried out in the following stages:
a / The customer selects the assortment on the website www.e-royalcatering.pl;
b / The customer chooses the option: pickup in person or delivery. Pickup in person is carried out from ul. Korkowa 47, 04-502 Warsaw
c / The customer provides the data necessary to complete the order – name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address (if the order is carried out with delivery) and necessary invoice data;
d / The Customer confirms the Order by clicking the “Order and Pay” button
e / The Customer is redirected to the website of the PayNow payment system operator and makes the payment for the Order;
f / The entity providing online payment services in the field of card payments is Blue Media S.A. The following payment methods are available: Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro
g / After placing and paying for the Order, a confirmation of the order acceptance is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
h / The order confirmation should be presented in hard copy or
in electronic form, on the screen of a phone, tablet or other similar device when picking up the Meal on the agreed date.

3. Placing an Order by the Customer via the Website is tantamount to
concluding a contract between the Service Provider and the Customer 4. Placing an Order should take place no later than 48 hours before the date of receipt of the Order (if services are still available for a given date).

Article 3

The costs of the service include the cost of the ordered product range and the cost of delivery if this option is selected.
The cost of the Meal offered by the Service Provider is provided on the Website.
All monetary values ​​provided on the Website are gross amounts, i.e. they are the price to be paid, including all charges, including tax on goods and services.
The order processing time is considered from the moment of obtaining a positive payment authorization.
Upon receipt of the Order, you will receive a fiscal receipt or VAT invoice.

Article 4

According to Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract with the Service Provider within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to the Consumer by the Service Provider. Such right is granted without giving a reason and without incurring any costs, subject to the provisions of the law and the provisions of this article.
The above right to withdraw without giving a reason does not applyin the case of purchase by the Consumer of perishable products with a short shelf life, non-manufactured products, manufactured according to the Consumer’s specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs. Thus, the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract with the Service Provider, among others for fresh food products, in particular meals prepared by catering.
The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the service.
The complaint should be submitted immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of the service.
A complaint may be submitted:
a / in writing to the address of the Service Provider, the date of the postmark shall be counted for keeping the deadline;
b / by electronic means to the e-mail address, and the time of receipt of the message into the Service Provider’s IT system is counted for keeping the deadline.

6. The seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.
7. The Service Provider has 30 days to consider the complaint, from the moment the complaint is submitted.

Article 5

Acting in accordance with Art. 13 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws of the EU .L.2016.119.1), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we would like to inform you that:

The administrator of personal data is Royal Group Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw (02-972) at Al. Rzeczpospolitej 2/95, NIP 9512366654
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at https://e-royalcatering.pl/polityka-prywatnosci
Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary but necessary in order to provide services.
The service provider processes the personal data provided by the customer in relation to providing services, solely for the purpose of providing these services.
All questions and doubts regarding the Privacy Policy should be sent to the address catering@royal-catering.pl
The regulations are valid from 01/10/2020.
Any disputes that may arise between the Service Provider and the Customer, which the Parties do not resolve amicably, will be considered by the competent common court.
In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code.
